Shipment

 

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order confirmation page. A tracking number will be sent to you for your order. In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to you. In case of deliveries by a carrier, the micro-company MALLOW can not be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointments.



Refund

 

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalty. Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage to the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. The return costs are your responsibility. Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the shop and within the limits of available stocks.



Payment

 

The micro-company MALLOW reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason. Any order appearing on the online shop supposes the adhesion to the present General Conditions. In addition, the micro-company MALLOW can not be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. All the elements of the MALLOW FRANCE store are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the shop. No one is allowed to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially.

Although the products are already varnished, we advise you to waterproof yours with a suitable product to increase safety against moisture and heat.

Does painting really hold on the leather?

Yes, they are specific to vegetable tanned leather. After installation, the painted products are always varnished to avoid any inconvenience in everyday life. But I advise to waterproof it to redouble security.

I do not see the inside of the product, how is it?

On some of the product sheets you can see the inside of the products, which is a velvet leather, branded with the logo of the brand. If you want more details do not hesitate to ask us.

Is my bag resistant?

Your bag is made of vegetable tanned goatskin. This means that this leather has a supple and very soft appearance, but that does not mean that it is not resistant. Vegetable tanning is the process that turns the skin into leather, and as the products used are all natural, the leather will, over time, skate, and take a darker tone than when you bought it. Just because outside, it goes like you, live with the use that is made of it. That's why we advise you to waterproof your bag often. To maintain it as you would with your skin!

What is the manufacturing time?

When ordering a product from MALLOW, it is always specified that the lead time might be a little longer than in a large sign. Yes, to be creative is in general, the manufacture of the parts of our own hands, that is why the time of manufacture is a little longer, so that your product is realized in the rules of the art.
